TAVS USA was founded by Rob Fiorianti, Principal of The PYZON Group, and Marty Driffill, a Senior Channel Manager at COMCAST Business. The two met while working together at COMCAST, where their shared values and industry experience sparked a simple but important question: How can we give back?

In late 2023, they began transforming that question into action—combining their knowledge, networks, and resources to create something with lasting impact. After nearly two years of planning and development, TAVS USA was born—a volunteer driven nonprofit focused on turning industry systems into a high-impact training program. TAVS helps participants build the skills and confidence needed for careers or business ownership in telecom and IT.

Rob leads strategic partnerships and entrepreneurial development, while Marty oversees organizational development and creating career pathways. Together, they are working toward one bold goal: to help 100,000 veterans, former first responders, and their families, find their future in a growth industry.
