What does it cost to participate in the program?
There is no cost to participate in the Sales Verification Certification Program.

Does successful completion of the program earn college credit?
Not at this time. The program does not currently qualify for college credit, but we are actively pursuing the process to make this possible.

Does the program qualify for GI Bill benefits?
No. The program does not currently qualify for GI Bill benefits. We will pursue the qualification process in 2026.

Who is eligible to participate in the program?
Veterans, first responders, and their family members are eligible for the program.

What documentation is required to prove eligibility?

  • Veteran: DD214

  • Military Spouse: RAPIDS ID

  • First Responder (Police, Fire, EMT): Proof of employment with a qualifying agency.

Can I participate if I am not pursuing a sales career?
Yes. While the program is designed for individuals interested in sales, the skills taught—such as presentation, communication, and customer engagement—are valuable in many roles, including project management, customer care, and technical support. Demonstrating the ability to convert and manage customer relationships is beneficial in any career.

How is my personal information used?
Your information will not be placed on any sales or calling lists. It will only be shared with our strategic partner, Veteran Hiring Solutions, to assist with ongoing job placement opportunities. If you wish to be removed from their database, you may reply directly to any of their communications to request removal. No other organization will receive your personal data.

GI Bill® Benefits Disclosure
Participation in TAVS USA Sales Verification Certification Program does not use or reduce your GI Bill® entitlement. You will not receive books and supplies, a monthly housing allowance, or any other stipend payment from the VA while enrolled in this self-paced program.

By registering for this learning experience, you acknowledge that TAVS USA, a nonprofit, will process your basic information (name and email) for the purpose of program delivery and follow-up communication. This information may also be shared with the RCTAA Program (pursuant to P.L. 112-239, Sec. 513, pending approval) to support program coordination and veteran benefits engagement.
