STATE OF THE ORGANIZATION

REPORT DATE: SEPTEMBER 10, 2025

These last few months have been a period of significant progress. What began as a concept nearly two years ago has evolved into a structured program, guided by the dedication of volunteers, the expertise of industry professionals, and the shared belief that veterans, first responders, and their families deserve a direct path to economic opportunity.

Advisory Board and Leadership
We established an advisory board to provide governance and strategic oversight. Its members bring proven experience across sales, technology, finance, media, and veteran advocacy. We added a senior organizational analyst with nonprofit and entrepreneurial expertise to design policies that support participants moving from structured service environments into the private sector.

Instructors and Speakers
All sessions of the 12-week curriculum are now staffed with instructors, speakers, facilitators, and panelists covering connectivity, communications, branding, sales, resume writing, interviewing, and entrepreneurship. Industry leaders have committed their time and insight to strengthen the program without compensation, reflecting broad alignment with our mission.

Curriculum Development
The curriculum has been refined with structured video presentations, a learning management system, and mastery learning techniques. Supplemental tools give participants the ability to practice skills using AI platforms at no additional cost. Sessions will be pre-recorded to ensure quality and consistency, followed by live Q&A, with only the graduation session delivered entirely live.

Recruitment and Sponsorship
A sponsorship proposal has been approved which has expanded our capacity significantly, adding both financial resources and industry validation.  Active recruiting using the talent resources we have cultivated will begin this month.

Media and Partnerships
Our social media presence has grown from initial test posts to a steady schedule of updates, with short-form video content set to launch in mid-September. Partnerships and projects are expanding, including the development of a documentary series highlighting participant journeys and the launch of the inaugural class. Plans are underway to involve veteran students in the production process under the guidance of an experienced mentor. In parallel, we have also begun exploring the path toward academic accreditation for the core curriculum, this is in the very early stages of the process.

LOOKING FORWARD
As we prepare to launch our first class, it’s clear this effort has the potential to redefine how education, employment, and a volatile economy intersect. If successful, it will prove that the employed can train those seeking employment with instruction shaped directly by industry needs at little to no cost. If American companies and their shareholders are willing to tangibly demonstrate their support for those who have served by leaning into this program as a labor source, they will realize the financial benefits of a pre-trained proved work force with a substantially reduced employee turnover rate. That is our hope, and the entire team is optimistic that the results will soon prove the theory.
