TAVS USA was founded by Rob Fiorianti, Principal of The PYZON Group, and Martin Driffill, a Senior Channel Manager at Comcast Business. The two met while working together at Comcast, where shared values and years of industry experience led them to ask a simple but important question: how could they give back in a way that actually made a difference?

That question became a plan in late 2023. Rob and Marty began combining their knowledge, networks, and resources to build something built to last. Nearly two years of planning and development later, TAVS USA was formed, a volunteer driven nonprofit that takes proven industry systems and turns them into a real, high-impact training program. TAVS USA helps participants build the practical skills and confidence needed for careers, or business ownership, in telecom and IT.

Rob leads strategic partnerships and entrepreneurial development. Marty leads organizational development and career pathway design. Together, they're working toward a clear, measurable goal: helping 100,000 veterans, former first responders, and their families build lasting careers in a growing industry.
