PROGRAM OVERVIEW

TAVS USA prepares the next generation of sales professionals for real careers, not just entry-level jobs. Through three flexible pathways; certification, degree, and paid apprenticeship, we combine practical sales experience with academic credibility, so participants graduate ready to compete for promotions, not just interviews. Whether you're starting out or advancing your career, TAVS USA gets you there faster, at a lower cost, with credentials employers actually trust.

SALES VERIFICATION CERTIFICATION

Our cornerstone program, the SVC is a self-paced, fully remote certification completed in 6–12 weeks. Participants engage in professional development and industry-specific webinars taught by experienced industry professionals.

By program completion, students will have:

  • Completed all required webinar training

  • Produced a value proposition video presentation

  • Logged 10 hours of qualified, verified sales activity

The SVC is built to deliver the practical equivalent of 12 months of sales experience in a fraction of the time, giving learners a credible, verifiable credential that speaks directly to hiring managers.

PROFESSIONAL SALES ACCREDITED DEGREE PROGRAM

For those seeking a full academic credential, TAVS USA offers both an Associate's and Bachelor's degree path in Professional Sales. Both programs incorporate the same hands-on training and industry exposure as the SVC, layered with accredited coursework.

  • Bachelor's Degree: Full-time coursework can be completed in as little as 12 months

  • Associate's Degree: Full-time coursework can be completed in a single 15-week semester

Students who complete all program and general education requirements earn their degree at a fraction of the cost of a traditional two or four-year path, and graduate with verified sales experience already on their résumé. The result: graduates don't just enter the job market ready for their first job, they're positioned for their first promotion.

PROFESSIONAL SALES APPRENTICESHIP

Our paid Sales Apprenticeship is available to participants who have completed the SVC, one semester of the Associate's Degree program, or three semesters of the Bachelor's Degree program. Apprenticeship placements are offered on an availability basis.

For participants who secure conventional employment outside the apprenticeship track, TAVS USA provides the same structured framework, allowing them to earn equivalent program credit while continuing toward their chosen credential.

As the apprenticeship program expands, state by state, it includes the benefit of additional subsidies and support for participating employers.
