07/03/2025: Juan Dominguez joins TAVS USA Advisory Board and will serve as the Inaugural Class Keynote Speaker
A 1989 graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and Gulf War veteran, Juan Dominguez served as a U.S. Army officer in the 24th Infantry Division during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. His military leadership laid the foundation for a lifelong commitment to public service, civic engagement, and economic empowerment.
After his military service, Juan continued giving back—first as a town councilman in Bogota, New Jersey, and later as a congressional candidate in Maryland. Today, he leads Dominguez Advisors, a firm focused on helping small business owners thrive through strategic guidance and access to capital.
The son of Cuban immigrants, Juan’s life has been shaped by the values of freedom, family, and service. He lives near Annapolis, Maryland, with his wife and two sons and is an active mentor and youth sports coach.
Juan’s dedication to veterans, leadership, and American communities perfectly reflects the mission of TAVS USA. We are honored to have him inspire our first graduating class with his story and vision.
